Chapter 3 emphasizes that success comes from strong teamwork, effective communication, and collaboration. It explains that working in a team means bringing together different skills and perspectives to achieve a shared goal. The chapter also highlights the importance of trust, accountability, and clear communication. A key idea is that putting the team’s success ahead of ones recognition leads to better outcomes, which reflects what employers expect in real group environments.  It also shows that teamwork helps develop important skills. Teaches you how to work together on problem that you may be forced to find find a solution and being able to adapt to certian situations. It explains that disagreements are normal, but managing them respectfully strengthens the team.   Video   Google slides    Adobe Photoshop is a powerful digital tool used for editing, enhancing, and creating images. Its considered the industry standard for photographers, designers, and media professionals. Photoshop allows users to adjust colors, retouch photos, add text and graphics, and work with layers to edit different parts of an image without affecting the whole. It is commonly used for everything from simple photo corrections to digital artwork, making it an essential program in fields like media production, marketing, and graphic design.  I use adobe Photoshop myself and I think that is is very useful in many different situations. That can mean for marketing like I said earlier, youtube thumbnails, and more. I think is a really fun website to play around with and to learn how to get better at it.

     Chapter 5 discusses how technology is in the workplace, especially in professionalism, communication, and teamwork. As digital tools become more widely used in all careers, employees need to handle them carefully and use them properly. Making sure that they know ow to use these tools in the correct way as more and more keeps getting added and growing. One of the important things they told us was that  to be aware misinformation and use the tools for the right reasons.       This connects to my field in media production because we rely on digital tools for editing, filming, publishing, and putting out content. They must communicate with teams, meet deadlines, and present them online. You also have to make sure , since their work can influence large audiences. Slides App Smackdown      The smackdown app that I chose was twitch. Twitch is a live streaming platform that many creators use just like youtube. Very well known for its video game and just chatting categories. Viewers can interact with streamers through live chat, subscribe to channels for perks, and support creators with donations or virtual items like Bits. Many streamers earn money through subscriptions, ads, and sponsorships.      Because you can stream on twitch, you can use for things like a sports podcast or even to live stream and sports event, Broadcasting to many sports fans live. I cause use this for me to say if I wanted to interview some one or if my job used twitch as a platform to stream a event or game on.      There are many ways that twitch can be used, whether that is for your own use or for a large scale event for a company, sports game, E sports etc. Showing people that there are more platforms to use then just Yo...

   Chapter 6 shows us that learning is powerful when it takes place through shared experiences. We learn that a connected learning community is where people can come together around common interests, share ideas, and work together across multiple environments such as social media platforms, in the classroom and many more. When people work together and begin to network, it makes things get done more efficiently which can make the connection grow between people. Its mostly important in places/jobs that connections can flourish when dealing with people.          I think that this strongly connects to my potential career in NFL films or sports media because it works well when talking to people. one example of that is working together and communicating in broadcasting on what needs to be done while live.
